Hey there! I’m thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the internet. I'm a proud mum of three amazing teens, a loving wife, and fur-mum of two adorable cats who keep life entertaining.

My journey has been a tapestry woven with both challenges and triumphs. From navigating a traumatic childhood to the heartache of losing my mum at a tender age, and facing the struggles of family members battling addiction, life hasn't always been smooth sailing. The pain of losing my son at just 8 weeks old to neonatal loss shook me to my core, and a diagnosis of autoimmune and chronic illness a decade ago added another layer to my journey.

But amidst the trials, there's been incredible growth. Each obstacle has become a stepping stone, guiding me towards something greater. My quest for understanding led me through the realms of epigenetics and biology before embarking on a spiritual journey that ultimately led me to Human Design.

Discovering Human Design was like finding a missing puzzle piece. Suddenly, I realised that there was nothing inherently wrong with me; I was simply designed to operate in a unique way. As a Projector, I felt a deep calling to help others navigate their own paths to fulfilment.

Outside of coaching, you'll often find me lost in the pages of a good book, stealing quiet moments for naps, surrounded by my beloved family, and relishing the tranquility of quiet mornings and the crisp embrace of fresh country air.

While I cherish the warmth of home, there's a dream that dances in my heart: to one day celebrate a white Christmas, wrapped in the magic of the season.

My love for both science and the mystical arts has shaped my journey, and I'm endlessly fascinated by the interplay between the two. As a 1/3 profile in Human Design, I've embraced my role as a researcher, delving into the depths of knowledge to better serve those who seek guidance.
